Our operations include all work in the field of intellectual property such as rights applications and acquisitions of patents, trademarks, and copyrights, intellectual property litigation, technology transfer, patent due diligence, license negotiations, and software development.

Many of our team members have learned at least two languages at the native level. At our firm, we translate to and from among these four languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and English as we cater to our numerous clients from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, USA, and Europe.

We have team members who were examiners at the Japan Patent Office and the China National Intellectual Property Administration (Chinese Patent Office), as well as Japanese and Chinese lawyers highly experienced in intellectual property litigation in China and Japan, allowing us to provide complex intellectual property-related services such as litigation, negotiation, and due diligence on a global level.

We have developed our very own intellectual property management system which manages all tasks. We have automatic reminders for deadlines, and our cloud-based file management system enables us to process client requests accurately and efficiently.

We have a predominantly international team. Many of our members have received higher education in China and Japan, and most have master’s degrees or higher.

We aim to be an intellectual property services hub for China, Japan, South Korea, USA, Europe, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. We are committed to creating one-stop, centralized services and eliminating language barriers for our clients.
