Direct Filing of Chinese Applications

Normally, filing a patent application in China requires two fees: one for the agent in Japan and one for the agent in China. We complete all practical work for filing a Chinese patent* application in Japan and file it directly with the China National Intellectual Property Administration (Chinese Patent Office) under the names of our Chinese patent attorneys, therefore, only one fee is charged. (*Chinese patents include patents, utility models, and designs.)
